These damage and equipment-care terms summarize our Dance Floor Rental Agreement, with the $600 refundable damage deposit specified for this booking.
Damage & deposit
You are responsible for repair or replacement costs for damage from spills, liquids, sharp objects, deliberate impact, unauthorized movement, tampering, undisclosed unsuitable venue conditions or improper venue power. Normal wear from ordinary dancing and intended use is not chargeable.
Chargeable costs may include parts, labor, freight, specialized sourcing, taxes and replacement of components that cannot reasonably be repaired. Lost or missing accessories may also be charged. The $600 deposit does not cap responsibility for repair or replacement costs; a post-event invoice may be issued after inspection.
Remote control: return at pickup
If a remote is supplied, keep it secure and return it to our team at pickup in substantially the same condition.
A $100 replacement/administrative fee applies if the remote is lost, not returned or made unusable through misuse. Other missing accessories are charged at reasonable replacement cost.
No liquids, sharp objects or tampering
Keep beverages, ice, water and other liquids off and away from the floor. Do not wet-mop it, drag heavy equipment across it, use sharp or metal-edged props, or strike the panels.
Do not lift, separate, move, dismantle, open, rewire or tamper with panels, controllers, power supplies, cables or connectors. If a panel becomes loose, wet, cracked, unusually hot or otherwise unsafe, stop use and contact us immediately.
Venue readiness & handover
Provide a clean, dry, level and suitable area, plus at least two safe, grounded, working outlets within approximately 25 feet, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Confirm suitable power and access with your venue.
After installation and the operational check, safeguard the floor and share the care rules with your venue, planner, DJ and guests. Continuous on-site supervision is not included unless separately agreed. Responsibility does not extend to damage caused by Decor by Srav’s gross negligence or willful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be waived.
